The 2018-19 Euroleague is around the corner and we can’t wait. Real Madrid completed the last season with an emphatic win against Fenerbahce and offered to Luka Doncic the best gift before the beginning of his journey in the NBA.
This year they hope to repeat it but there will be many obstacles on their way. Fener, CSKA Moscow, Panathinaikos, and Barcelona are only a few of the teams that will try to go after their crown.
This year Euroleague seems to be extremely competitive with lots of close games and some very interesting arrivals. The four newcomers Darussafaka, Bayern Munich, Gran Canaria and Buducnost are hoping to make some noise to challenge the permanent guests of the competition.
That’s why the 2018-19 Euroleague draw caught the attention of everyone around European basketball. Given the close distance between the 16 competitors, it becomes clear that a good draw can really make a difference.
Of course, since we are talking about Euroleague it goes without saying that a draw can’t do miracles by itself if the teams aren’t ready to play at their full capacity and fight for every ball.
In any case, though, it can provide a helpful headstart to some of the teams. With all these in mind and with the beginning of Euroleague to be only some days away, here is the 2018-19 Euroleague draw as appeared on the official website of the competition:
Rounds 1-10
Rounds 11-20
